On Mobile
1. Tap the ‘Compose(+)‘ button after logging into your Gmail app.

4. Finish your email and click on the ‘Send‘ icon.
On Desktop

How to CC in Gmail on a Reply?
Up above were ways to cc while sending an email on Gmail. But what if you need to CC an email that you have already received and need to send a reply to? Do not worry it is quite simple and relatively similar to the method above. Just follow the steps given below:
On Mobile
1. Go to the email that you want to reply to .
2. Scroll all the way down and press ‘Reply‘.
3. Tap on the ‘To‘ section and press on the down arrow.
4. Tap on ‘cc‘ and add all the recipients you want to send the reply to.
5. Finish your email and press on the ‘Send‘ icon.
On Desktop
1. Go to the email that you want to reply to and tap on the three dots.
2. Click on ‘Reply‘ and you’ll be taken to the same format as before.
3. Click on the ‘To‘ section and click on the ‘CC‘ section.
4. Add all the recipients and click on ‘Send‘.
